The Hotel dates above are the dates by which YOU must contact the hotel to make your room reservation with your credit card. Rooms may not be available thereafter, depending on how heavily the hotel is booked. Miss the date, or procrastinate and be overflow against our block, and you could pay an extra $50 for the room, if you can get one at all. Fair Warning! CM sold out their local hotel twice in 2004 and 2005, so book early. Single men should keep in mind that CM limits the number who may attend a party, based upon the number of single women who have pledged their attendance. It is to the benefit of both single men and women to register early for a party, to increase the number of both who may attend. Please note the "Drop Dead Date" in the table above. That date is the absolute last day by which CM must have actually received payment from members with an approved application form already on file for you to attend the party. The actual cut off date could be earlier, if the party is sold out! That happened to a number of people last Halloween, and neither they nor CM was happy about it. Don't let that happen to you — register early. |
