CRIMSON MOON PARTY FEES:

PARTY FEE:  Single Female/Male $100;  Couples $175


CRIMSON MOON BOOKING NOTES:

A $3 handling charge has been added to the actual party fee for all credit card transactions. The Hotel dates above are the dates by which YOU must contact the hotel to make your room reservation with your credit card. Rooms may not be available thereafter, depending on how heavily the hotel is booked. Miss the date, or procrastinate and be overflow against our block, and you could pay an extra $50 for the room, if you can get one at all. Fair Warning! CM sold out their local hotel twice in 2009 and 2010, so book early. Single men should keep in mind that CM limits the number who may attend a party, based upon the number of single women who have pledged their attendance. It is to the benefit of both single men and women to register early for a party, to increase the number of both who may attend. Please note the "Drop Dead Date" in the table above. That date is the absolute last day by which CM must have actually received payment from members with an approved application form already on file for you to attend the party.  Also note, there is now be a surcharge applied to party fees received on or after the Late Fee Date.  The actual cut off date could be earlier, if the party is sold out! That happened to a number of people at the 2012 Summer Spanktacular, and neither they nor CM was happy about it. Don't let that happen to you — register early.

Checks, including late fee if applicable, must be received no later than the Monday of the week a party begins.

* Crimson Moon party fees are non-refundable.  If you find you are not able to attend a party you have already paid for, as long as we receive notification from you up to 24 hours before the start of the party you have paid for, your fee may be applied to any future party within the following three years.
